By accessing or using VeroPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
About VeroPlay
VeroPlay is an invite-only, rights-verified music streaming platform. Access to upload, submit, or manage content on VeroPlay is restricted to accounts approved by the VeroPlay administration team.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VeroPlay website, streaming services, and associated tools.
Public Visitor Access
Public visitors to VeroPlay may:
- Listen to approved, publicly available tracks on the platform
- View artist profiles, track pages, and curated discovery sections
- Share track links and public artist pages
- Browse the Explore page and featured content
- Submit an application to join as a verified artist
Public visitors may not:
- Upload, submit, or distribute music without an approved account
- Create partner label accounts — these are admin-created only
- Access administrative or artist dashboard features without authorization
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract platform content
Artist & Partner Label Responsibilities
Verified artists and partner label accounts accessing VeroPlay agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for all content you upload or submit to VeroPlay
- You must own or control all rights to any music, artwork, or metadata you submit
- You must not upload unauthorized, copyrighted, fake, misleading, stolen, or infringing content
- You must provide accurate rights owner information and licensing contact details
- All submitted tracks remain in 'Pending Review' status until manually approved by an administrator
- Partner label accounts are created exclusively by VeroPlay administrators
- You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
Administrative Rights
VeroPlay administrators reserve the right to:
- Review, approve, reject, or request additional proof for any submitted track
- Hide, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or platform policies
- Suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms
- Adjust track metadata, play counts, or visibility settings as needed for platform integrity
- Remove content for rights-related, legal, copyright, policy, or platform safety reasons
- Reject or revoke artist invitations at any time without stated reason
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on VeroPlay:
- Uploading content you do not own or have rights to distribute
- Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated rights information
- Impersonating another artist, label, or rights owner
- Attempting to manipulate play counts or platform statistics
- Unauthorized scraping, harvesting, or automated data extraction
- Spamming, abusing, or harassing other platform users or administrators
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to administrative or other user accounts
- Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Account Suspension & Termination
VeroPlay may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms of Use
- You upload infringing, unauthorized, or rights-violating content
- Your account is found to be operating in bad faith or fraudulently
- You are a repeat infringer of third-party copyright
- Legal, regulatory, or platform safety requirements necessitate removal
Upon termination, your access to artist or label dashboards will be revoked. Approved public tracks may be removed from the platform at VeroPlay's discretion.
Limitation of Liability
VeroPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- VeroPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
- VeroPlay is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- VeroPlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
- VeroPlay's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the platform in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in this limitation affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
VeroPlay may revise these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the platform after updates are published, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
